I have an application server running server on which i have to install Office Word , Excel, Access. All my users are licensed for Office business premium version. This is not a Terminal server and only the developer will login to the server to make any changes to the application. The application on the server uses Word and Excel to make calculations on the server.
Am i ok to install Office business premium or Standalone Office standard version on the server. As long as the Dev has an O license you can install the O version of Office on there. Thank you. All searches and documentation only refer to Office proplus for shared activation. I cant find anything that mentions about shared activation on for business premium edition.
My apologies, I must have misread. Your admin user will need Pro Plus. There's no problem with mix and match on O licenses, so you can get just the one Pro Plus, while leaving all the others as is.
